The new Local Tax Calculator can be used to estimate taxes in a given municipality.
The calculator takes into account property tax rates, realty transfer rates, local earned income taxes and per capita taxes.

The new maps page provides interactive maps depicting: municipal boundaries, school districts, and state House and Senate districts.

Improved Municipal Database
The database provides information on local resale inspection requirements, rental regulations, sign ordinances and other important information.
It is available only to our shareholder members. Access the database here.
*New: The database now displays recent news briefs for each municipality at the bottom of the entry. More important information has been moved to the top of the entry.
Featured News Briefs
Each week, we publish a roundup of news briefs of interest to real estate professionals, grouped by county.
What's new: If a brief is particularly important, we'll include it on our Featured News Briefs page. Featured briefs appear on the homepage and also appear at the bottom of municipal database listings for their respective municipalities.
