Jamie Ridge

Jamie is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Suburban REALTORS® Alliance, including its staff, budget and programs. He works closely with the Alliance's Board of Directors to serve its shareholders and accomplish its mission. He also serves as chief lobbyist and is responsible for directing the Alliance's political, legislative and public relations initiatives.

Previously, Jamie worked in Philadelphia as regional director of public affairs for Fannie Mae, the nation's largest source of financing for home mortgages. At Fannie Mae Jamie was responsible for guiding the public affairs outreach efforts of the company’s 160-member regional office and 11 Community Business Centers throughout the northeast.

Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Jamie was national communications director for the Concord Coalition, a grassroots organization founded by former U.S. Senators Paul Tsongas (D-MA) and Warren Rudman (R-NH). From 1990 to 1995, Jamie served as press secretary of the U.S. Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, a bipartisan Congressional commission that monitors human rights throughout the republics of the former Soviet Union and Central and Eastern Europe.

Jamie began his career on Capitol Hill as assistant press secretary for former U.S. Senator Dennis DeConcini of Arizona.
