Developers recently broke ground on an affordable housing complex for seniors at 27-29 Industrial Blvd. in the Paoli section of Willistown. Projected for completion in early 2028, Cornerstone at Willistown will have 57 apartments across three floors, according to developer Walters Apartments. The building will be open to ages 62 and older with incomes at or below 60% of the area median income.
