Upper Southampton supervisors postponed vote on a draft ordinance that would amend Chapter 134 of the township code, which governs sales of real estate and the issuance of certificates of use and occupancy (U&O). The proposal had been scheduled for a public hearing and possible enactment on Oct. 13. The Suburban Realtors Alliance submitted written comments to the township, seeking changes to bring provisions of the ordinance in line with state law. The township is continuing to revise the proposed ordinance.
