Norwood Borough Council will hold a special meeting to receive information from Keystone Collections Group on the potential implementation of an earned income tax. The meeting will be held on Thursday, Oct. 8, at 7 p.m. at the Norwood Municipal Building, 10 W. Cleveland Ave. It will include a presentation on the feasibility of an earned income tax and an opportunity for council members and the public to ask questions.
