Philadelphia’s largest apartment complex has been put up for sale seven years after it last traded. Owner AJH Management is looking to sell International City Apartments at 7900 and 8400 Lindbergh Blvd. in Southwest Philadelphia. AJH Management bought the 1,068-unit property in 2019 for $141 million from Korman Ventures, which developed the property in the 1970s. The property's apartments are spread among 64 two-story buildings. International City Apartments is being marketed as a garden-style, value-add opportunity, according to listing agent Newmark’s marketing materials. The listing does not include a price. The complex spans 44 acres in a rapidly changing part of Philadelphia. It’s a mile west of the Bellwether District, six miles from the Navy Yard and just north of Philadelphia International Airport.
