North Coventry Township will consider authorizing the use of open space funds to acquire a conservation easement on a 13-acre property at 1869 Shenkel Road, a move that would preserve the land for open space uses under the Pennsylvania Open Space Lands Acquisition and Preservation Act. The property is identified as Tax Parcel No. 17-2-72.1. Supervisors will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on Monday, Aug. 24, at 7 p.m. at the North Coventry Township Municipal Building, 845 S. Hanover St., Pottstown.
