The Darby Township Board of Commissioners has scheduled a public meeting to receive a presentation from Keystone Collections Group on the feasibility of implementing an earned income tax for the township. The special meeting will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 4, at 7 p.m. at the township building, 21 Bartram Ave., Glenolden. The board will also consider an ordinance authorizing the township to file a Declaration of Taking in Delaware County Court of Common Pleas for a property at 1470 Linden Ave. for municipal purposes.
