West Chester Borough Council at its July 15 meeting approved an ordinance amending the zoning code to regulate data centers. The unanimously approved ordinance amended Chapter 112 to add definitions for data center terms, and to allow data center and data center campus as conditional uses in the industrial district and add regulations for them.
