Red Hill Borough Council will consider adopting amendments to the “Use and Occupancy and Rental Inspection Ordinance” at its public meeting on Wednesday, March 11, at 7 p.m. at Borough Hall, 56 W. Fourth St. The proposed ordinance would amend the borough's codified ordinances to require residential rental unit inspections and change-of-use or occupancy inspections to comply with the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code, while also repealing and replacing existing zoning inspection provisions addressing inspections for change of occupancy.
