Telford Borough Council will consider adopting an ordinance that would establish biennial inspections of rental properties, along with annual registration requirements, fees, enforcement procedures and exemptions. A public hearing is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 8, at 7:30 p.m. at Borough Hall, 50 Penn Ave. The full proposal is available for public review at the Montgomery and Bucks County law libraries, or by request from the borough.
