Realtors can also schedule inspections, view property violation histories, and appeal notices or denied permits. The portal includes tools to verify contractor licenses, report unpermitted work, and schedule in-person appointments with the Permit and License Center. City officials say the centralized hub is designed to help property owners, buyers and agents ensure compliance and avoid delays in transactions.
