Upper Darby Township launched its interior resale inspections at the beginning of 2025. Suburban Realtors Alliance has been receiving feedback from Realtors relating to their experiences. Realtors are reminded that the main point of contact for all resale-inspection-related scheduling inquiries is the email address uo@upperdarby.org. The email address should be included on all U&O inspection-related communications with UD staff. Additionally, the application must include the listing of a point of contact, and that is the person who should make any follow-up requests to the department. The sewer lateral must be completed by a master plumber certified with the township. Sewer lateral inspection reports will be good for 90 days.
