The facility has been an entertainment staple for 53 years, with miniature golf courses, a driving range and batting cages. According to Montgomery County land records, the businesses exist on a 94-acre parcel owned by Freddy Hill Ventures LP. The parcel is zoned R-Residential Preferential Assessment.
