West Caln Township supervisors are considering a draft ordinance that would allow for domesticated chickens. The draft ordinance lays out definitions and regulations for residents to keep “a small number of female chickens on a noncommercial basis while limiting the adverse impacts on the surrounding properties.” Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the proposal on Wednesday, March 19, at 7 p.m. at the township building, 721 West Kings Highway, Wagontown.
