Newtown Borough Council will consider adopting Ordinance No. 801 at its meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 13, at 7 p.m. at the Chancellor Center, 30 N. Chancellor St. The proposed ordinance will regulate the keeping of chickens in the borough and sets forth guidelines for proper care, management and control for the safety of borough residents.
