The Upper Providence Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider a draft ordinance that would amend Chapter 220 of the township code regarding soliciting and peddling. The proposal would clarify persons who are not subject to the licensing requirements, and also authorize the creation of a “do not solicit” registry for residents.
