Upland Borough will consider adding Chapter 131 to the Upland Borough Code, titled "Property Vacant and Abandoned.” A public hearing will take place on Tuesday, June 11, at 6 p.m. at Borough Hall, 224 Castle Avenue. The borough already has a chapter pertaining to blight control that was adopted in 2012.
