Developers recently presented a concept for a 25-story apartment building above retail and restaurants to West Conshohocken Borough Council. The presentation was made to gauge the interest of the council and public in the mixed-use project. The plan calls for ground-floor retail, several floors of parking, 258 apartments and a rooftop restaurant. Members of borough council expressed concerns regarding the height of the building and whether it aligns with the borough’s vision plan, specifically its vision for a town center.
