Two separate projects will soon be presented to the Falls Township Zoning Hearing Board. In the first, developer Brian Brzezinski is seeking variances to construct two four-story residential apartment buildings, containing a total of 96 units, at 654 Lincoln Highway in the Fairless Hills section of the township. The requested variances include apartments at the site, setbacks and buffer, plantings, and a parking variance to permit 147 spaces instead of the required 264. In the second proposal, developer Night and Day Properties LLC will request variances for a proposed 23-unit townhome community along Bristol-Oxford Valley Road and Trenton Road, also in the Fairless Hills section. The developer is seeking variances on minimum lot requirements, buffer, and providing 46 off-street parking spaces instead of the 69 off-street parking spaces required under the ordinance.
