Radnor Township commissioners will hold a hearing on Monday, Aug. 15, at 6:30 p.m. to consider an application for a townhouse development on land owned by the heirs of Dorrance Hamilton. The hearing is at the Radnor Township Municipal Building, 301 Iven Ave., Wayne. The property is 7.5 acres at 208 and 228 Strafford Ave. and 18 Forrest Lane in Wayne. Dorrance Hill Hamilton was a billionaire heiress of the Campbell Soup fortune. The development proposes 38 townhomes, common open space areas, new stormwater management facilities, and related improvements.
