Eddystone Borough Council approved the rescission of Ordinance No. 675, passed in November 2022, which related to sprinkler and fire alarm systems. Among other things, the ordinance contained a requirement for the installation of sprinkler systems for rental properties. This rescission means that the ordinance has been repealed.
