  • Open house signs - 2 per event. Shall be placed a maximum of 5 days before open house begins, and removed maximum of 24 hours after open house ends. Sign shall not be posted more than 5 consecutive days. Non-illuminated. (Per zoning code)

  • One sign per street the lot abuts. Shall only be placed on the property while it is actively for sale, lease or rent and shall be removed a maximum of 7 days after settlement or start of lease.
