Open House Directional Signs:
  • An on-premise or directional sign for an open house is permitted provided that it shall not be erected more than 48 hours prior to the open house and be removed immediately upon the conclusion of the open house. Such sign shall not exceed four square feet and shall require the permission of the property owner on which the sign is placed. The sign shall include the date, time and location of the open house.
For Sale/Sold Signs:
  • Signs may be a maximum of 6 sq. ft., one sign per street frontage. Signs may not endanger traffic or signals.
