Exterior
Sidewalks and curbs - Curbs/sidewalks must be fair, level and walk able. Severely deteriorated, broken and lifted curbs or sidewalks must be replaced as a condition of occupancy.
Roof - Roof drains may not be connected to the sanitary sewer.
High grass and weeds - Shrubbery/tree branches must be trimmed. Shrubbery cannot grow over sidewalk or block the vision of motorists at intersections. Tree branches must be trimmed eight feet above sidewalk. Shrubbery properly trimmed and all easements free from obstruction.
Pools - Swimming pool (if applicable) must be enclosed with a minimum 4' high fence with a self closing & self latching gate.
Other
  • Easements- All easements (if applicable) must remain free and clear of obstructions (i.e structures, fences, sheds, trees and shrubbery).
  • Sewer vent/cleanout/trap (if required) - Must be installed properly without defect to avoid the intake of surface water.
  • Property must comply with Telford Borough Zoning Ordinance.
  • Recycling bin must remain on the property.

Interior
Smoke alarm - In all bedrooms and on each floor including basement.
Sump pump - Cellar drain/sump pump may not be connected to sanitary sewer.
Water supply - A pressure reducing valve at water line entrance (Watts #7, 3/4" double check valve).
