  • A maximum of four (4) off-premise directional Open House signs shall be permitted for each home or development. Open House signs shall be allowed to be posted two (2) days prior to the Open House and shall be removed immediately upon closing of the Open House. Open House signs are not permitted on utility poles, traffic or other signs.
For Sale/Sold Signs:
  • Shall comply with the Perkiomen Zoning ordinance. ****PLEASE NOTE: No homes for sale directionals; these signs are prohibited.****
