If the answer is that the home is so equipped the affidavit must certify that the home is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector. |
| Sewer | - Affidavit certifies that the home is or is not connected to the public sewer. If connected to the Lower Frederick Township public sewer, there must be an inspection by the sewage inspection officer to confirm that there is so sump pump connected to the sewer system. If connected to the Schwenksville Borough Authority public sewer, the sewage inspection officer must inspect to confirm there is no sump pump connected to the sewage system and that the sewer lateral lines are in satisfactory condition. If the property has an on lot system, the system should have been pumped and inspected within the last 3 years to be in compliance with the Township Ordinance. A copy of the most recent inspection report is on file at the Township Office. |
