From Parkside Borough website - Rental properties are to be inspected yearly for the safety of the tenant. The Borough Fire Marshal or Code Officer will be arranging to have these properties inspected for safety issues. A certificate will be issued upon the completion of this inspection to verify that your unit has been inspected.
