Sidewalks and curbs Steps, stairways and walkways are in good condition and repair.
Handrails Code compliant handrails must be installed on any stairs with four (4) steps or more.
Foundation The foundations and exterior walls are solid and in good repair.
Rubbish Property is clear of all debris, including but not limited to garbage, junk appliances and abandoned vehicles.
Broken windows All windows must open and close properly with no broken, missing or cracked panes of glass. All window sashes must fit reasonably tight within its frame and be in good repair and functional.
Peeling paint Exterior of the house must be properly maintained so that no peeling or chipped paint is present.
House numbers Street address is legible and displayed in four (4) inch high alphanumeric characters displayed on all buildings so it is visible from the center of the street.
Roof Roof must be in good repair with no leaks or missing shingles.
High grass and weeds High grass and weeds shall not exceed the height of six inches. All shrubbery, bushes and trees must be properly trimmed.
Driveways are in good condition and repair.

  • Fences are in good condition and repair.
  • No person shall maintain on public and/or private property any vehicle that is inoperable, does not have a current license tag, and/or a current inspection sticker.
