Handrails - All stairways must have handrails and be maintained in good condition

Rubbish - general appearance, no trash, litter, junk cars etc.
Broken windows - windows must not be cracked or broken and must open and close
Peeling paint - no missing siding, brick or stone
House numbers - must be 4 inches in height, posted on front of house so as to be visible from street. Multi-family houses must have numbers illuminated and have apartment numbers on front doors of apartments
Roof - free of defects, holes or missing shingles
High grass and weeds  
GFCI - GFCI receptacles must be installed within six feet of any water spigots attached to sinks, tubs or showers. They must also be installed in garages outside receptacles and crawl spaces
Driveways and aprons
