House numbers - Affixed to the front of the property, at least 4 inches in height and visible from the street.
Roof - No visible defects or leaks
Sheds - Overall condition of any garages, sheds, barn or any accessory buildings.
High grass and weeds - Condition of yard - cut grass, free of debris, abandoned cars. etc.
