SRA database is more than U&O info

The SRA Municipal Database is a popular resource for BCAR and Tri-County members who are looking for information about municipal use and occupation inspection requirements. 

But the database also includes other information that can be hard to find elsewhere, including:

• Realty transfer tax (RTT) rates of municipalities and school districts 
• Sign regulations
• Information and links relating to zoning maps and building codes 
• Earned income and per capita tax rates, where applicable

All BCAR and Tri-County members can access the SRA Municipal Database using their 9-digit NAR Member ID number as the username and the password "sra". Learn more at the SRA municipal database webpage.
